TR CU (EAC) DECLARATION

The Declaration of Conformity of the Customs Union confirms compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of Customs Union that were adopted and entered into force, and allows importers and manufacturers to place their goods on the market of the Customs Union and the EAEC. Responsibility for the information provided in the Declaration is borne by the Applicant.
The declaration of conformity does not replace the declarations of conformity of communication, fire declarations, registration certificates and other types of mandatory or voluntary certificates of conformity or licenses. These documents still need to be received separately.

At the moment, registration of the Declaration of Conformity of the Customs Union is the simplest way to access the market of five states simultaneously - Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
The declaration of conformity of the Customs Union can be used to import goods to the territory of any state: Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, and this document is valid on the territory of any of these countries. Thus, the company can import goods into the territory of any of the states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) under a single document - a Declaration of Conformity with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union. The Declaration of the Customs Union replaces the national declaration of conformity of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

Declaration of products for compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union for manufacturers and sellers has the following advantages:

  • there is no need to issue a document for each member state of the EAEU separately;
  • the cost of testing is reduced, because a number of schemes of declaration provide for the use of the manufacturer's own evidence, for example, factory test reports;
  • the time for the procedure for product access to the market of the EAEU is reduced;
  • the customs barriers in the free trade zone in the territory of the Customs Union are reduced.
